Brand Safety
You decide which ads appear next to your content, and bad ones are stopped before readers see them.
Simulation of the PubMonetX console with sample data.
One malicious redirect or an off-brand ad beside your journalism does more damage than a week of revenue can repair. Brand Safety lets you block, report or ignore 18 content categories, security threats and heavy ads. It filters Prebid bids before the auction and checks Google ads as they render, re-auctioning or collapsing the slot when one breaks your rules.
In plain words
Brand safety is about which ads appear on your site. Most are fine. Some are for things your readers wouldn't expect from you, and a few are dangerous: ads that hijack the page, fake virus warnings, links to scams. You choose what's allowed, and the system enforces it on every page.
Your rules, per category
Set Block, Report or Ignore for gambling, adult, dating, weapons, politics and 13 more categories, plus your own lists of domains, apps and keywords.
Security threats stopped
Malware, auto-redirects, pop-ups, phishing, crypto-mining and unauthorised tracking pixels can all be blocked outright.
Filtered before the auction
Prebid bids are checked by advertiser domain, landing page, IAB category, brand and keyword, and dropped before they can win.
Checked as they render
Google ads are inspected when they appear. If one breaks your rules, the slot is re-auctioned, collapsed or filled with your house ad.
